I managed endophytic fungal cultures to produce the therapeutic enzyme L-Asparaginase, with applications in the pharmaceutical and food industries. I employed fermentation techniques, optimized nutritional and culture parameters to enhance enzyme production followed by its purification and assessment of the enzyme's physicochemical parameters as well as its anticancer potential. Followed by production of Strontium oxide nanoparticles and evaluating its biological activities as well as toxicity.
